Werkstoffe, Behandlungsverfahren und Prozesse

1 – Erstausrüsterqualität

Kontinuierliche Forschung, Laborprüfungen und Straßentests lassen mehr als 100 verschiedene Mischungen für die Brembo-Bremsbeläge entstehen.

2 – Scorching

Für maximale Effizienz auch bei hohen Temperaturen werden die Brembo-Bremsbeläge dieser thermischen Oberflächenbehandlung unterzogen. Alle Vorgänge erfolgen stets unter Einhaltung der technischen Spezifikationen für Erstausrüstungen.

3 – Substrat

Dämmmaterial zwischen Bremsbelag, Kolben und Bremsflüssigkeit, das Lärm und Schwingungen absorbiert.

4 – OE-Pressvorgang

Pressvorgang mit Direktformung. Dank der hohen Druckwerte kann das Reibungsmaterial mit höchster Präzision an der Metallunterlage verleimt werden.

5 – Metallunterlage mit Blech

Reduziert Geräusche und garantiert die Sicherheit beim Bremsen. Die als Shims bezeichneten verschiedenen Dämpfungsschichten (Kautschuk, Stahl, Kautschuk) reduzieren zusätzlich Schwingungen und Geräusche.
