Materials, treatments and processes

1 - OE Quality

Constant research, laboratory tests and road tests: out of this the more than 100 different compounds for Brembo pads are born.

2 - Scorching

For maximum efficiency even at higher temperatures, Brembo pads are subjected to this surface thermal treatment. Everything always in accordance with the original equipment technical specifications.

3 - Substrate

Thermal insulation between pad, piston and brake fluid that absorbs noises and vibrations.

4 - OE pressing process

Pressing process with direct moulding. The high pressure values allow the friction material to be glued to the metallic support with maximum precision.

5 - Metallic support with sheet metal

Decreases noise, guaranteeing braking safety. The various layers of the shim (rubber - steel - rubber) further reduce vibrations and noise.

A complete and approved ranged

Brembo Grade Performance

Stopping distances reduced to the minimum in any condition. Maximum driving comfort. Extremely quiet.
