Rockford Fosgate P1 12" are the first in a family of world-famous subwoofers called "The Punch". During their inception in the 1980's, they quickly became "The Woofer of Choice" for fanatic car audio systems, with a continued tradition today.

The P1S4-12 features a 4-Ohm voice coil, 250 Watts RMS power handling, with a kevlar fiber reinforced paper cone to deliver bass impact you can feel!

We reinforce the woofer's cone with Kevlar, providing a rigid and lightweight design that eliminates flex under high power applications, improving bass response

The high density, butyl rubber, half-roll surround allows full excursion capabilities of the woofer's cone, while maintaining linear movement control

Spider Plateau Venting

Our proprietary spider design provides additional cooling for the voice coil assembly, increasing the woofer's life, as well as improving frequency response

The motor structure is optimized for maximum magnetic force for power efficiency, while the bumped backplate extends the excursion capabilities, all while aiding in voice coil cooling
