Alle Vorteile der UV-Lackierung

Korrosions-, feuchtigkeits- und temperaturbeständig

Die UV-Scheiben garantieren eine erhöhte Beständigkeit gegen Korrosion, was sowohl die Ergebnisse der Salzsprühnebelprüfung als auch die Ergebnisse der Prüfungen auf Feuchtigkeitsbeständigkeit und auf Beständigkeit gegen hohe Temperaturen bestätigen. Die UV-Lackierung wird auf die Außenränder der Scheibe, die Achsbefestigung und die Bremsfläche aufgetragen: Sie garantiert einen Rundumkorrosionsschutz für das Produkt.

Intelligente Kennzeichnung

Anhand der Markierung an der Achsbefestigung der Scheibe kann der Monteur die Mindestdicke für den Ersatz der Scheibe prüfen, ohne diese ausbauen zu müssen.

Umweltschutz

Eingesetzt wurde ein Lack auf Wasserbasis ohne Lösungsmittel. Auch der UV-Lackierungsprozess ist äußerst energieeffizient.

Neben dem charakteristischen Brembo Rot, sind auf den Schachteln die Gesichter der Brembo Mitarbeiter abgebildet.

Wenn die Schachtel anders aussieht, können Sie sicher sein, dass Sie ein gefälschtes Produkt vor sich haben.

Prüfen Sie dann, ob Sie Manipulationsspuren an der Schachtel feststellen.

Prüfen sie das hologramm und fotografieren sie den qr-code

Prüfen Sie, ob das fälschungssichere Brembo Hologramm am Etikett des Produkts vorhanden ist, und fotografieren Sie als weitere Bestätigung der Originalität den eindeutigen QR-Code auf der versiegelten Verpackung des Produkts.

Prüfen sie die produktkennzeichnung

Alle Bremsscheiben sind mit dem Brembo Code und Logo und mit der (für die ab November 2016 erzeugten Codes verfügbaren) ECE R 90 Zertifizierung gekennzeichnet. Zudem ist die Angabe der Mindestdicke (Min.Th.) für den Austausch der Scheibe vorhanden.
